Once you have purchased your item you should recieve a PDF file to download. In that PDF will be a link to access your spreadsheet.

This link should open up a Google Sheets template for you to make a copy of by clicking "Use This Template".

If it opens in view only mode instead then you can make a copy of the spreadsheet by clicking "File" then "Make a copy".

We design our spreadsheets using Google Sheets, rather than Excel, as this is free to use and readily available in a browser.

We do not recommend exporting the Google Sheet spreadsheets to Excel as the formulas used may not function properly, we cannot provide any support if you choose to do this.

In most of our spreadsheets we protect the cells which aren't meant to be changed, however, this is not password protected so you can dismiss the warning.

Therefore, you are free to amend the spreadsheet in any way, but we cannot provide support if you choose to do this and cause the tab to stop working as intended. Should this happen, simply either make another copy of the spreadsheet using the link provided in your download, or duplicate the template tab if you haven't entered anything into it yet.

Due to these products being digital products which are available to download instantly we are unable to accept returns or refunds. After you have downloaded the spreadsheet you will have life long access to this, therefore any changes we make will be available for you to download.
